The ASHI Training Center Administrative Manual (TCAM) is a resource and reference document for Training Center Directors to help them to establish and maintain Training Centers. Training Center Directors are responsible for ensuring that all Instructors and Training Sites affiliated with their Training Centers adhere to the standards and guidelines set forth in the TCAM and its appendices. Failure to do so may result in suspension or revocation of ASHI authorization.

These documents are subject to change—revision dates are noted in the footer of each document. We recommend that Training Center Directors and Instructors check this page frequently for updates and additions.

The TCAM and its appendices may be downloaded below. The documents were created in Acrobat Professional. Use Acrobat Reader to open and use the template. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you can download it FREE at www.adobe.com.
