Training Center Adminstrative Manual

MEDIC FIRST AID will investigate legitimate complaints involving deviations from our published standards and guidelines for quality assurance (above). Following investigation, MEDIC FIRST AID may:

1. Dismiss the complaint without action;
2. Provide the Training Center or Instructor with reasonable and specific quality assurance requirements to rectify the issues at hand.
3. Suspend or revoke the MEDIC FIRST AIDTraining Center Agreement and Instructor authorization.
