Training Center Adminstrative Manual
MEDIC FIRST AID will investigate legitimate complaints involving deviations from our published standards and guidelines for quality assurance (above). Following investigation, MEDIC FIRST AID may:
- Dismiss the complaint without action;
- Provide the Training Center or Instructor with reasonable and specific quality assurance requirements to rectify the issues at hand.
- Suspend or revoke the MEDIC FIRST AIDTraining Center Agreement and Instructor authorization.
