Although instructors administering ASHI
programs are not ASHI employees, we are committed to ensuring that
our programs are administered according to our Quality Assurance standards.
ASHI is not a partner in most Training
Center/Customer relationships. However, Training Centers are expected
to adhere to ASHI's regulations and guidelines. ASHI will investigate
any legitimate complaints surrounding Training Centers or Instructors
deviating from the objectives of its courses. Following investigation,
ASHI may:
- Dismiss the complaint without action
- Provide the Training Center or Instructor with reasonable and
specific quality assurance recommendations/requirements
- Suspend or revoke the ASHI Training Center Agreement and Instructor
authorization.
Within the survey you will have the opportunity to issue a formal
complaint.
ASHI does not accept verbal, third party or anonymous complaints.
